The YMCA has Something for Everyone!

Welcome to the YMCA of Calhoun County, Alabama.  Our facilities and staff have provided this diverse community with a healthy outlet for sports, fitness, and spiritual growth over the 56 years of operation.  The YMCA has activities and fitness centers that benefit people of all ages and abilities.  These include a modern machine weight and free weight center, an indoor running track, two racquetball courts, a basketball/multi-purpose gymnasium, a heated indoor aquatic center, and gender-specific spas.  The YMCA staff holds classes in Zumba, indoor cycling, yoga, body sculpting, Pilates and more.  We offer a range of age-specific programs such as the Silver Sneakers program for seniors, as well as swim lessons for children of all ages and abilities.  There is so much to discover at your  Calhoun County YMCA.
