The Spring Run

Kicking off the City of Anniston's Noble Street Festival each year is the YMCA of Calhoun County's Spring Run.  Bright and early in the morning our participants get the blood pumping with a 5k through the streets of downtown Anniston.

The Fall Run

If Halloween is near it must be time for the Spooktacular Fun Run.  This 5k routes participants through the streets around the Oxford Y for Now.  Many of our staff and runners dress in costume for the event.  Awards are given not only for best run times but costume categories as well.

  



The YMCA of Calhoun County partners with other groups from time to time through out the year to help out with other race events.  The Plucked Turkey is a fun run for those looking to get away from the kitchen on Thanksgiving Morning.




Members of the Anniston Runner's Club receive a discount on all YMCA of Calhoun County sponsored races.
