The Anniston and Oxford facilities of the YMCA of Calhoun County are open to members and guests during hours listed in the FACILITIES section of the website. All rules apply to any person using the YMCA facilities. Members or guests must be fourteen years of age or older to enter the Fitness Center or Free Weight room.

The facilities of the YMCA of Calhoun County are as follows:

In Anniston: Double Gymnasium with running track and six basketball goals Two racquetball courts; Four lane, twenty five yard indoor swimming pool; Largest selection of group exercise fitness classes in the area; Adult fitness centers with 14 Cybex strength training circuit stations; PRE-COR treadmills, PRE-COR ellipticals, Vision recumbent bicycles, Rowing Machine and a Stretching Station; Free weight room; Meeting Rooms; Class Rooms; Men and Women's Whirlpool, Sauna and Steam Rooms, all inside the locker area; Nursery (Child Watch) area and Vending area.

In Oxford: PRE-COR treadmills; PRE-COR ellipticals; EXCLUSIVELY AT THE Y.the all new PRE-COR AMT (ALL BODY CARDIO WORKOUT); PARAMOUNT thirteen station fitness machines; free weight area; Cardio Theater, fitness classroom, fitness testing room, changing rooms with shower, child watch area.

Facility Member: Those persons who believe in the Mission of the YMCA of Calhoun County and pay dues for facility privileges. Facility members also receive the benefit of reduced program fees, free basic group fitness classes, and early program registration information and use of both facilities in Anniston and Oxford.

 

Program Member: Those persons who believe in the Mission of the YMCA of Calhoun County and pay fees to participate in programs of the YMCA. Facility privileges are not included with program fees.

 

Guest Member: Those persons who believe in the Mission of the YMCA of Calhoun County and who adhere to the guest policy and pay the $9.00 daily guest member fee.

*Automatic Monthly: Member authorization of a monthly bank draft. First month’s dues and joining fee must be paid upon acceptance of membership application. A thirty day advance written notice is required to cancel automatic monthly payment plan. The YMCA does not require any type of member contract.

**Joining Fee: One time fee, provided that membership is continuous. Lapsing membership more than 30 days will require payment of applicable fee.
