GROUP EXERCISE

NEW CLASS!!! BOSU is here!!! SPORTS CONDITIONING STATIONS utilizing our new BOSU balance trainers: :This class is offered every week on Wednesday A.M. and is a really fun and challenging way to get in shape. We will do basketball drills, golf swings etc, while using the balance trainers. Come try the latest trend in fitness Great for all levels! (Anniston Only).

Body Sculpting :One hour of strength training and conditioning for your whole body. Tired of the same old weight training exercises? Challenge yourself with a variety of conditioning exercises that will change the shape of your body, meet your fitness goals and keep you motivated. Class meets in gymnasium and uses latest in fitness class equipment .

Kickboxing : Cardio kickboxing utilizes punches and kicks for a high-energy workout. This class will challenge your inner athlete, help you de-stress, and give you a rock solid body. Great cardio for everyone. Class meets in gym .

Step / Sculpt : Combines cardio step aerobic and strength training. The class format provides the tools for a body that is lean and strong…step choreography for fat burning and strength training for muscle tone. The best of both in a great one hour workout! Step patters are broken down to facilitate learning. Class meets in gymnasium .

Yoga : Hatha yoga for flexibility, posture, and balance. This class utilizes a sequence of yoga postures that will help you develop greater range of motion and flexibility. Excellent for beginners. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Meets in the yoga classroom .

Core Basics : Try this challenging class with emphasis on abs and back, but also including other muscle groups. Strength train while working core muscles to see great results. See if you are up for the challenge of core basics .

Indoor Cycling : Newly purchased Vision stationary cycles will give you a workout like you are out in the real world. As the instructors urge you on and you meet the challenge of this exciting fitness class, join your classmates in the exhilarating “climbs” as you journey together in this unique program. Class instructor will cover equipment usage, bike safety while giving you a great cardio workout. Sorry, no “ride-a-longs” allowed, this is one terrific ride!!! Anniston Only. .

Pilates : Based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, these exercises will each you the techniques dancers and gymnasts use to build strength without gaining size. Exercises focus on the muscles of the core, abdominals, shoulders and back Anniston only .

Power Yoga : This class is for flexibility and for strength. This class has a dynamic pace flow and incorporates yoga postures that develop a strong, lean body. Please bring a yoga mat for participation. Oxford Only. .

New Class: Pilates Cycle Express : Great for any participant ready to work. Focus on your core for 30 minutes and then onto 30 minutes of indoor Cycle. Get ready to sweat with the best of both worlds. Are you ready for a challenge?? Anniston Only. .

Deep Water Aerobics : Water exercise is the perfect answer to your fitness needs because it is adaptable to all personal conditions. Physical rehab, injuries, post surgeries, are great because of the “weightlessness” of water. You can target specific body areas to exercise or combine several movements into a complete head-to-toe activity. This class will help build muscle tone, increase your metabolism, strength, improve balance, coordination and range of motion as well as relieve tension with low impact movements. Swimming ability not a factor, you choose your water depth. YMCA certified lifeguard is on deck during class.

Zumba : is a fun and dynamic, high energy dance class that fuses Latin and International music for an effective and fun way to shake off your worries.

Fees: Facility Members: Spirit, Mind, and Body Class Pass Required: $35 per 10 class visits --- NOW FREE WITH MEMBERSHIP!!
